Con el dulzor de la calabaza, la cremosidad del pecorino y el intenso sabor de los champi\u00f1ones porcini, este plato trae a la mesa una combinaci\u00f3n refinada y perfecta para comidas y cenas especiales.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gnocchi_di_zucca_con_crema_di_pecorino_e_porcini\"><\/span>\u00d1oquis de calabaza con crema de pecorino y champi\u00f1ones porcini<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ingredienti_per_4_persone\"><\/span><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_la_crema_di_zucca\"><\/span><strong>Para la crema de calabaza:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_la_crema_di_pecorino\"><\/span><strong>Para la crema de pecorino:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Per_i_funghi_porcini\"><\/span><strong>Para los champi\u00f1ones porcini:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedimento\"><\/span>Procedimiento<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cortar la calabaza por la mitad, quitarle las semillas y los hilos, condimentarla con hierbas arom\u00e1ticas, sal y pimienta y hornear a 180\u00b0C durante 30 minutos. Mientras tanto, hervir las patatas en agua con sal, escurrirlas y, una vez fr\u00edas, pelarlas y triturarlas. Agrega la calabaza triturada, las patatas, la harina, el huevo, el Grana Padano, la nuez moscada y la sal, amasando hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Deja reposar la masa, luego forma los cordones y c\u00f3rtalos para obtener los \u00f1oquis.<\/p>\n<p>Trituramos la calabaza cocida con un chorrito de aceite y una pizca de sal hasta obtener una crema suave. Para la crema de pecorino, derretir el queso en la leche y la nata hasta obtener una consistencia aterciopelada. Saltear en una sart\u00e9n los champi\u00f1ones porcini laminados con aceite y ajo.<\/p>\n<aside style=\"margin: 8px auto; text-align: center; display: block; clear: both;\">\n<div id=\"gpt-passback\">\n<\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Cocer los \u00f1oquis en agua hirviendo con sal y, una vez que salgan a la superficie, escurrirlos y saltearlos con la crema de calabaza.
